Introduct of the 110 Screen Printing Mesh :
The polyester monofilament screen printing screen can transfer
thick ink deposits and form special patterns on various substrates
to make high-quality commercial garments.
You can choose a variety of mesh sizes from 30 mesh/inch to 300
mesh/inch to save costs and improve production efficiency.
Our screen printing screens can be used for a wide range of inks in
flat textile printing. It can be used for screen printing, for
knitted fabrics, blankets, linen fabrics and even denim. The
maximum textile width can reach 145 inches.
For high-end light fabric screen printing, it is recommended to use
screen printing meshes from 160 mesh/inch to 305 mesh/inch. It can
ensure the precious printing on silk fabric to the greatest extent,
and complete more complicated printing. Polyester screen printing
mesh is ideal for standard applications (up to exclusive special
printing).
