Product Introduction
Nylon Filter Mesh is made of monofilament PA6 or PA66 yarn/thread
(1:1 weaving method, plain weave), which is ideal for
straining, sieving or filtering most liquids, powders or sludges;
The term ‘Mono-filament’ means that each thread used in the
construction of the cloth is a single smooth solid strand instead
of many smaller diameter threads twisted together, as in a spun or
multi-filament material. These mono-filament threads are perfectly
round in section and are extruded to very precise and uniform
diameters.
Nylon mesh is mostly used for filtering. Flour filter, oil filter,
etc. Can be widely used in food factories, flour factories, etc.

How to choose
Mesh Count is the number of threads per inch in the direction of
warp and weft of the fabric.The mesh count is indentical in both
warp and weft direction for Share Fitration's woven mesh.
Thread Diameter is specified as the diameter of the thread in
microns.Yarn sizes in both warp and weft directions are the same.
Mesh Opening is the size or space between threads.The mesh opening
is the result of the combination of the mesh count and yarn
size.Mesh opening will determine the size or amount of material
that will pass through the fabric.
