Product Application
It is used in precision pressure filters, fuel filters and vacuum
filters for aerospace, petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, rubber,
tire manufacturing, metallurgy, medicine, food and other
industries.
Product Feature
The mat network has many advantages in the control of ink flow. The
same size of the mat type mesh is better for better control of ink
precipitation, and it will also effectively avoid dot gain in the
printing process, because even at the dot coverage rate. In higher
areas, the overprinting rate of such outlets is still much lower
than other outlets.
Another advantage of mat-type dots in screen printing is that all
the dots are arranged next to each other instead of being stacked
on top of each other as in the traditional mesh type. The reduction
in stacking dots means that the lack of ink caused by the pressure
at the top of the dots during the printing process is also
alleviated.
